ABOUT lakeshouse
Lakeshouse are a Norwegian band from the same people behind b0ka Recordings. Jazz musicians, DJs and producers collaborate to create their unique take on various forms of underground dance music. Released exclusively on Paper Recordings and praised in both DJ Mag and Mixmag, their EPs, “Firkanta“, “Tusen Takk“, and “Folkemusikk“, connect the dots between the UK club scene and Norwegian space disco. Released this autumn, their “Om Verda Mi” album will be a zesty fusion of genres, floating between disco, funk & soul, house, and many other influences as it progresses.
